📅 - IT security solutions provider Comodo (comodo.com) announced on Wednesday that Qualiteam Software (qualiteam.biz) has started offering Comodo's e-merchant service, HackerProof.
Introduced last December, the HackerProof service helps websites drive visitor traffic by certifying that the site has been tested and meets Comodo's strict security standards. Sites that pass its vulnerability scans are certified to be free of security gaps and can display the HackerProof trust mark, says Comodo.
Qualiteam Software is an e-commerce shopping cart solutions provider that offers online businesses a complete portfolio of business critical PHP shopping cart software and e-commerce services focused on flexible and highly configurable options. The software developer will provide the HackerProof service along with Comodo's range of SSL certificates, which include InstantSSL, Pro SSL, Premium SSL and SGC SSL solutions, and HackerGuardian PCI vulnerability scanning services.
Comodo says its HackerProof service was specifically designed to drive conversion of site traffic, by establishing a high level of brand credibility through a technologically advanced service and trust mark.
"The deployment of Comodo's HackerProof service will enable customers of Qualiteam Software to further enhance their online trust credentials and increase end-user confidence within online interactions," says James Langman, VP of business development at Comodo. "The addition of HackerProof to their portfolio provides even more ways for Qualiteam Software to support the success of their customer base."
