📅 - Customer feedback management service RatePoint (ratepoint.com) announced on Monday that Web hosting services provider Ecommerce (ecommerce.com -> ixwebhosting.com) has joined the RatePoint partner program.
IX Web Hosting, a subsidiary of Ecommerce, will be the first e-commerce provider to integrate RatePoint's comprehensive reputation management platform into its overall customer offering. RatePoint's patent-pending platform enables businesses to take control of their online reputation by publishing consumer reviews and feedback directly from their websites.
By verifying actual consumer ratings for authenticity, RatePoint enables businesses to respond to this feedback and publish those reviews online. The company also provides a suite of tools including surveys, coupons, emails and other communication and marketing components, as well as a Web-based management interface that enables businesses to connect with customers, increase sales and improve consumer confidence.
