Jan 21, 2008 : Zeus Partners with AdaptiveMobile

📅 January 21, 2008 - Application traffic management software provider Zeus Technology (zeus.com) announced on Monday that it has signed a partnership with mobile security software provider AdaptiveMobile (adaptivemobile.com).

AdaptiveMobile says it will now offer Zeus' ZXTM software as part of its technology package for large mobile telecommunications providers, greatly enhancing its ability to protect customers from unwanted or malicious content. The company offers protection from the threat of mobile viruses, malware, inappropriate content, unsolicited communications and spam, as well as content filtering capabilities for corporate and consumer customers.

"Zeus has a long history serving the telecommunications industry," says Paul Brennan, chairman of Zeus Technology. "In AdaptiveMobile, now we have a partner whose telecom industry track record and innovation complements our own. Our combined solution is well-positioned to become the new 'must-have' technology to improve services for mobile phone users around the globe."

Last week, UK IT management solutions provider Networks Unlimited began selling and using its ZWS, ZXTM software, including ZXTM Virtual Appliance and ZXTM Global Load Balancer.
