👈 Official Responses: 0) announced on Tuesday it has signed a three-year contract to handle all aspects of the customer Web platform service offered by business broadband provider UK Online (ukonline.net). 
Under the terms of the agreement, iomart will provide UK Online with hosting, infrastructure and ongoing management of a Web services platform, enabling the BSkyB-owned business to offer a full range of domain name, hosting and related services to its small business and professional user customers.

Iomart's data center network, which includes facilities in Glasgow, Nottingham, Leicester and London, will provide UK Online with a fully secure and resilient hosting services platform. This managed Web service platform will enable UK Online to offer its customers a complete end-to-end e-commerce solution.

Last November, iomart reported its interim results for the six month period ended on September 30.
