📅 - Web hosting provider Spiral Hosting (spiralhosting.com) announced last week that it has relaunched its customer support center as part of the company's ongoing redevelopment.
The company says the new customer support center aims to handle technical, billing and sales enquiries better and faster. The company provides flash video demonstrations to help customers with any technical problems, guiding them through the most popular aspects of Web hosting.
The helpdesk also contains troubleshooting tips for customers to solve their problems quicker. Customers can also view how many support tickets are currently open from all customers, enabling them to gauge how busy the support department is.
"Spiral Hosting are working tirelessly to develop new and improved services for customers," says Peter Armstrong, Spiral Hosting's spokesperson. "This relaunch is part of our commitment to provide the fastest servers and the fastest customer support in Ireland. We are building our services, our support and the quality associated with our brand."
The Web host announced earlier this month it relaunched its reseller hosting packages, which include more than twice the disk space and 50 percent more bandwidth than its previous reseller offering.
