NetBenefit says IndexTools uses a sophisticated browser-based tracking system to identify and track visitors through a Web site. The system can identify details about where visitors go on a Web site and what they do there. This will enable NetBenefit's customers to continuously measure the experiences of their Web efforts, helping them to increase sales, reduce marketing costs and encourage visitor retention.
