CRKI says it designs, develops and delivers results-oriented training solutions designed to maximize the potential of employees and management. The company says it is a front-runner in the fields of corporate training and e-learning.
CRKI provides live instructor-led courses over the Internet, as well as classroom and Web-based offerings and reinforcement tools for customers like AT&T, Prudential and Computer Associates.
The company says it chose NaviSite's services because of the company's flexibility, leading service level agreements and ability to get its Web site online within strict time restraints. CRKI says its rapid deployment and high availability are helping the company gain a leadership position in the e-learning market.
And according to CRKI, the future of that market is bright. The company quotes an IDC study that predicts worldwide revenues for corporate e-learning will grow beyond the $23 billion mark by 2004, a huge leap from less than $2 billion at the end of 1999. CRKI says it plans to expand its relationship with NaviSite as the market grows.
