Nov, 2001 : Sprint E|Solutions Opens Colorado Internet Center


📅 - Sprint Corp. announced yesterday that it is strengthening its services to customers in the Rocky Mountain and Northwest regions by opening a Sprint E|Solutions (sprintesolutions.com) Internet Center in the DenverMetro politan area. Pre-selling for the Colorado facility has already begun and is available for customer occupancy today. A grand opening event is scheduled for Dec. 12, 2001.

For locating its new Metro Denver Internet Center in Adams County, SprintE|Solutions will be presented a Capital Investment Award from Adams CountyEconomic Development. The award ceremonies will be held on Nov. 15, 2001,recognizing Sprint's new multi-million dollar, 150,000-square-foot Coloradofacility.
Further support comes from one of the Colorado Internet Center's earliestcustomers, Englewood, Colo.-based Destination Hotels and Resorts(destinationhotels.com). DH&R is the sixth largest property management organization focused on premier independent properties.

The Colorado facility joins other operational Sprint E|Solutions InternetCenters in Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Kansas City, New York City, Reston, Va.and Sacramento, Calif. Additional centers planned for opening in 2001include Los Angeles and Silicon Valley, Calif.
The Boston and New York City Internet Centers recently received third-partyassurances on the adequacy of controls and the availability, security,integrity and maintainability of their Web-hosting, managed-hosting andco-location services under Statement of Auditing Standards Number 70 (SAS70) and SysTrust assurances. The Colorado facility is on the list ofadditional Sprint E|Solutions Internet Centers under evaluation forcertification in 2002.
