📅 February 5, 2002 - Radiant Communications (radiant.net -> hostpapa.com) today announced that$3,000,000 has been raised in a private placement as part of the process forbecoming a publicly traded company.

This private placement is part of a maximum offering of up to $5,000,000.Efforts are in place to complete the remainder of the offering prior toRadiant being a public company, which is currently planned for April 2002.
