📅 February 25, 2002 - Yipes Communications, Inc.(yipes.com), a provider of scalable Ethernet services, today announced that its will provide high-speed Internet service to InteliHealth Inc., an online health information companies.

InteliHealth, an Aetna company, has improved the website's speed and bandwidth connection with a 10 Megabits-per-second connection to the Internet from Yipes.
InteliHealth is an information source that includes health news and content as well as access to trackers, tools and risk assessments. The site recently became one of the first health websites to receive accreditation by an independent non-profit agency for meeting quality standards for online health information. InteliHealth has distribution and content-licensing agreements with over 400 major broadcast, print and interactive media outlets.
"InteliHealth strives to provide up-to-date health information to its visitors. Quick turnaround times are essential," said Campione. "If I need 20-25 Mbps for a temporary ad campaign, Yipes can deliver it immediately. Otherwise, I would have to wait weeks to install an expensive DS-3."
