Feb, 2002 : HyperFeed Selects AT&T as Hosting Service Provider

📅 February 27, 2002 - HyperFeed Technologies, Inc. (hyperfeed.com), a financialmarket data provider, announced yesterday that it has selected AT&T(att.com) as its Web hosting services provider.

With hundreds of thousands of online users per day, the Web-based data andinvestment analysis tools provided by HyperFeed to business customers demandhigh-quality support for the time-sensitive nature of the information. Theservices provided by AT&T will allow HyperFeed to ensure its clients optimumsupport and customer service, the company said. The agreement also allowsHyperFeed to gain access to AT&T's business continuity services.
"AT&T understands our mission to deliver market data to private andprofessional investors and the high priority we place on reliability andrapid response support," said Jim R. Porter, chairman and CEO of HyperFeedTechnologies. "We believe that AT&T has the scope of services required tomeet our needs and we are looking forward to expanding our relationship toother areas of our business."
HyperFeed will move the majority of its Internet hosting solutions to AT&T'sfacility in Lisle, Illinois. HyperFeed's monitoring and development willcontinue to operate from HyperFeed's headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.
