Rodopi Teams with Tucows for Domain Registration Solutions

📅 March 7, 2002 - Rodopi Software (rodopi.com), a provider of customer billingand management solutions for ISPs and ASPs, announced yesterday it hassigned an agreement with Tucows Inc. (tucows.com), a provider of Internet services to ISPs and Web hosting companies, to provide an integratedsolution based on Tucows' OpenSRS domain registration platform and Rodopi'sbilling software.

"Internet service providers are faced with challenges acquiring, renewingand accurately billing for high volume products such as domain names," saidArt Ekroos, Rodopi's executive vice president. "It is a fast-growing marketand there are few solutions for businesses faced with these troublesomeoperational issues."
By using Tucows' OpenSRS platform along with Rodopi's billing software,ISPs, ASPs and Web hosting companies will be able to use a single integratedsystem, offering their customers simplified domain registration processes,while ensuring automated billing for those services.
"We feel we have put together a total solution for domain businesses tooperate efficiently and automatically, allowing customers to easily scale asthey grow their businesses," said Ekroos.
