Sinha brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and e-commerce with a proven track record in growing high-tech, Web-centric businesses. He joins NaviSite from Monster.com where he served as general manager of e-business. There, Sinha built and quickly expanded the e-commerce channel, tripling its revenue in less than four years.

Prior to Monster, he was VP of marketing for Standard Register, where he led strategy and marketing efforts to drive over $900 million in sales and business development. Previously, he held various e-commerce, strategy and product leadership positions at FedExKinko's, Mitchell Madison Group and Honeywell.

NaviSite recently provided support for Microsoft's Silverlight, a new cross-browser, cross-platform plug-in for delivering the next generation of media experiences and rich interactive applications for the Web.
