Jun, 2003 : AT&T Selected for Managed Hosting Services

📅 June 10, 2003 - Pictures Services Network (PSN) announced yesterday it has selected AT&T (att.com) to provide managed hosting services to the PSN Directory Service.

PSN is a non-profit subsidiary of the International Imaging Industry Association and was formed to serve as an industry channel to provide products and services to digital camera owners.
?The PSN and AT&T relationship will transform the process of finding, accessing and using digital photo services," said Lisa Walker, president, International Imaging Industry Association and PSN. "AT&T will ensure that PSN delivers a reliable and dynamic Web-based service for digital photography service providers and their customers."
The Picture Services Network is scheduled to launch in late June 2003 and will be hosted out of one of AT&T's 21 Internet data centers.
"We're excited to work with PSN on its innovative approach to reaching digital photography users and retailers," said Chris Rooney, AT&T Business. "PSN is running a Web services application and realizes the superior quality and reliability of the AT&T network."
