Aug, 2003 : XO to Deliver Telco Services, Hosting to RE/MAX

📅 August 5, 2003 - XO Communications (xo.com ) announced yesterday it has entered into an agreement with RE/MAX International to provide telecommunications services to independently owned and operated RE/MAX offices.

Under the terms, RE/MAX associates will be able to purchase a bundled package of telecommunications services through XO on one bill at one flat rate. Services include local and long distance voice in addition to Internet services such as Web hosting.
"RE/MAX entered into this relationship because we are dedicated to providing tools that can increase the productivity of our associates," said Kristi Graning, vice-president of Web services and IT marketing at RE/MAX. "XO simplifies the purchase of telecommunications services and is highly focused on customer service, which will allow our affiliates more time to do what they do best."
According to the company, RE/MAX associates will benefit from the support of a single customer support team and a three-month customer satisfaction guarantee.
