(3*) 🔧 Services: Web HostingDomain Registration
Keyubu is a Turkish web hosting and infrastructure provider established in 2018 by Yusuf Kemal Türkmenoğlu, who remains the company’s Founder and CEO. The business operates legally as KEYUBU İnternet ve Bilişim Ticaret Limited Şirketi and is registered with Turkey’s Information and Communication Technologies Authority as a commercial hosting provider. It is a privately held company with a relatively small operating team.

Its service portfolio is broader than that of many similarly sized hosting companies. Customers can purchase Linux shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, VDS, high-frequency virtual servers, nested virtualization, dedicated servers, server colocation, domain registration, SSL certificates, Discord bot servers and several types of game hosting. Migration assistance and self-service operating-system installation are also available for compatible hosting and server packages.

Shared hosting is divided between cPanel Hosting, Plesk Hosting and Reseller Hosting. The regular cPanel and Plesk packages support between one and five websites, with NVMe storage starting at 10 GB. Larger packages use an unlimited-storage structure, subject to normal acceptable-use, inode and resource restrictions.

The standard shared-hosting features include unmetered traffic, free SSL certificates, one free website migration, multiple PHP versions, MariaDB databases, email accounts, subdomains and Softaculous application installation. The platform combines RAID-50 NVMe storage with LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, CageFS and Imunify360.

Resource allocations increase with each package. Entry plans receive approximately 1 GB RAM and one CPU core, while larger packages provide up to 4 GB RAM and four CPU cores. The cPanel environment supports PHP versions from 5.6 through 8.2, making it suitable for both modern applications and older PHP websites that have not yet been upgraded.

Shared accounts are restricted by fair-use CPU limits, while reseller packages receive substantially larger shared allocations. This helps isolate normal hosting customers from resellers managing multiple independent websites.

The Reseller Hosting range supports approximately 10 to 50 customer websites. It includes cPanel and WHM, individual CloudLinux account isolation, SSL certificates, Softaculous and migration assistance. Every reseller customer account receives its own RAM, CPU and inode allocation, which provides better separation than a reseller package based only on a large combined storage quota.

The virtual-server range is one of Keyubu’s strongest areas. Standard VDS packages use Intel Xeon processors, dedicated allocations and NVMe storage. The VPS range uses VMware ESXi virtualization and is suitable for smaller projects that still require root access, operating-system control and dedicated virtual resources.

Customers can reinstall Linux or Windows directly from the client area, restart or stop their server, scale resources and request migration assistance. These functions reduce the need to contact support for common administrative operations.

The Ultra Performance VDS range targets workloads that depend heavily on single-core speed. Available processor families include AMD Ryzen 9 9950X, Ryzen 9 5950X and Intel Core i9-9900K. These servers are better suited to game hosting, active databases, busy websites and applications that perform better on high-frequency consumer-grade processors than on older multi-core Xeon hardware.

Nested virtualization is also available. These plans can be used for virtualization laboratories, software testing environments, emulators and projects that need to operate additional virtual machines inside the rented server.

Dedicated servers use configurations based mainly on AMD Ryzen processors, NVMe or SSD RAID storage and configurable memory. The available hardware is suitable for resource-intensive websites, virtualization, game platforms, databases and private business applications.

Colocation is offered for rackmount and ATX hardware, with 1U, 2U and 3U options. The service includes rack space, electricity, network connectivity, IP allocation and DDoS filtering. Customers remain responsible for their physical equipment, operating systems, applications, data and software licensing.

Game hosting remains a significant part of the Keyubu portfolio. Separate services are available for Minecraft, Minecraft Exceptional, CS2, FiveM, Palworld, Hytale, Unturned, Rust, Garry’s Mod, Growtopia and Darkbot, alongside specialized Discord bot VDS packages.

Entry-level game servers generally use Intel Xeon processors, while performance-oriented plans use AMD Ryzen 9 or Intel Core i9 hardware. The main features include Turkish IP addresses, DDoS filtering, unmetered or unlimited traffic and administrative access. Some specialized packages can only be used for the game named in the plan. Running unrelated services on those servers can lead to a warning and eventual termination.

Domain registration and transfer services cover common generic extensions and Turkish domain names. Customers receive DNS management and transfer-lock controls, while registration periods generally range from one to ten years. Free SSL certificates are included with hosting, and separate SSL products are also available.

The website has a modern, responsive layout and is focused primarily on the Turkish market. The interface, ordering process, product explanations, legal documents and customer services are in Turkish. Product prices are displayed in Turkish lira (TRY).

💰 Price & Cost

Keyubu competes mainly through low entry pricing. Shared hosting begins at approximately TRY 20 per month, while larger cPanel and Plesk packages cost around TRY 30, TRY 40 and TRY 50 per month. Reseller hosting begins at approximately TRY 100 per month and increases according to the number of accounts and allocated resources.

Standard VPS service starts at approximately TRY 94.90 per month, while Xeon-based VDS packages begin at around TRY 114.90 per month. High-frequency Ryzen and Core i9 servers start at approximately TRY 189.90 per month, with larger configurations reaching several thousand Turkish lira.

Dedicated-server configurations generally range from approximately TRY 3,000 to TRY 7,000 per month, depending on the processor, memory, storage and network allocation.

Colocation begins at approximately TRY 2,875 per month for an ATX server. Rackmount packages start at around TRY 4,600 per month and vary according to chassis size, power consumption and connectivity requirements.

Domain prices include approximately TRY 450 per year for .com, TRY 400 for .net or .org, and lower introductory prices for selected extensions. Promotional first-year domain prices may differ considerably from renewal charges, so the regular renewal rate should be checked before registration.

All displayed prices exclude 20% VAT. Available payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, 3D Secure payments and bank transfer or EFT. Mobile payment may also be supported for selected transactions, although an additional commission of up to 25% can apply to certain mobile-payment orders.

Bank transfers must be made using the account holder or company identity expected by the billing system. Payments sent under unrelated names may require additional verification.

Annual VDS promotions commonly follow a structure in which the customer pays for ten months and receives twelve months of service. Dedicated servers may instead receive an annual discount of approximately 5% or 10%, depending on the selected configuration.

Keyubu does not provide an unconditional cash refund guarantee. Eligible hosting, VPS, VDS, cloud and nested-server services purchased for at least one month may be canceled within seven days, but the refund is generally limited to 75% of the service price excluding VAT.

The refunded value is normally returned as Keyubu account credit rather than cash. This credit cannot usually be withdrawn or converted into cash, foreign currency or cryptocurrency.

Renewals are non-refundable. Domains, dedicated servers, colocation, VPN or proxy services, customized products and several physical or manually provisioned services are also excluded from the refund arrangement.

When an eligible cloud service cannot be activated within 24 hours, the customer can submit a refund request. Processing may take up to seven business days. The overall policy functions more like a limited account-credit guarantee than a traditional money-back guarantee.

🏢 Data Center

Current shared-hosting, VPS, VDS, game-server, dedicated-server and colocation services use Datacasa (datacasa.com.tr) in Başakşehir, Istanbul, Turkey.

Datacasa is a carrier-neutral facility with access to multiple network providers. Connectivity options within the facility include TI Sparkle fiber and services involving Türk Telekom and Turkcell Superonline.

Keyubu operates its own autonomous system, AS210538, registered with RIPE on November 3, 2021. The network originates multiple IPv4 ranges and an IPv6 prefix, with valid RPKI coverage across its main originated routes.

Its upstream connectivity includes Satcore (satcore.net) and Datema, the company associated with the Datacasa facility. The network also maintains several peering relationships.

Operating an independent ASN gives Keyubu greater control over routing, IP allocations, peering and customer network services than a provider that relies entirely on another hosting company’s address space.

DDoS mitigation is included with most hosting and server products. Network filtering uses Juniper and MikroTik equipment, with domestic and international attack filtering available for server customers. DDoS protection cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during every type or size of attack.

Many server plans include a 10 Gbit physical port, but the contractual guaranteed throughput is lower. The service agreement guarantees 100 Mbps, and additional charges or temporary restrictions may apply when sustained 95th-percentile usage exceeds approximately 50 Mbps.

Colocation packages are more explicit and normally combine a 1 Gbit physical port with a 100 Mbps committed connection. Customers requiring sustained gigabit or multi-gigabit traffic should obtain a written bandwidth commitment before placing an order.

Storage performance is contractually defined at approximately 900 MB/s for NVMe storage and 400 MB/s for SATA SSD storage under the applicable testing conditions.

The binding uptime commitment is 99.00% over the preceding 30-day period. Up to seven hours of maintenance during a 30-day period may be excluded from the uptime calculation. Some product areas use a 99.9% figure, but the legal service agreement establishes 99.00% as the safer contractual expectation.

Older legal wording also refers to Bursa and other Istanbul infrastructure locations, while the current product range is centered on the Datacasa facility. Business customers should confirm the exact server location, IP allocation, network commitment and applicable SLA in writing.

Backups are generally the customer’s responsibility. Automatic backups are not included unless the selected plan explicitly contains backup service or an additional backup option has been purchased.

When backup service is included, the legal terms allow a schedule as infrequent as once per week. Independent off-site backups remain essential for websites, databases, game worlds and production servers.

✍️ Customer Support

Customer support is available through tickets, live chat, email, telephone and WhatsApp. The primary general contact address is info@keyubu, while bilgi@keyubu and abuse@keyubu are used for information and abuse-related matters.

The formal contact schedule is 12:00 to 00:00 every day. Support responses may take up to seven hours during those operating hours.

WhatsApp is primarily suitable for sales questions and initial inquiries. Technical, billing and account problems are better handled through the ticket system, where the request remains documented and can be assigned to the appropriate department.

Customers should not interpret general 24/7 service availability as a guarantee of immediate round-the-clock engineering assistance. Servers and websites remain online continuously, but formal support response conditions follow the stated operating schedule and response window.

Migration assistance is included with several hosting and server products. Shared-hosting packages normally include one free website transfer, while VPS and VDS customers can request assistance with compatible server migrations.

The client area provides automated operating-system installation and reinstallation, reducing dependence on support for routine server deployment.

Most VPS, VDS and dedicated-server products are self-managed. Customers remain responsible for software installation, security updates, firewall configuration, licensing, application maintenance and backups unless a separate management service has been agreed.

🔨 Control Panel

Shared-hosting customers can choose between cPanel and Plesk. Both platforms provide management tools for websites, databases, DNS records, email accounts, SSL certificates, files and application installation.

Reseller packages include WHM, allowing resellers to create individual cPanel accounts, allocate resources and manage customer hosting separately.

Softaculous is included for installing WordPress and other common web applications. CloudLinux and CageFS isolate customer accounts, while Imunify360 adds malware and security protection. LiteSpeed handles web traffic and improves PHP and static-content performance.

Virtual servers use an automated customer interface for power management, operating-system deployment and reinstallation. VPS products use VMware ESXi virtualization with AutoVM-style automation.

Root or administrator access is available on virtual and dedicated servers, allowing customers to install their preferred control panel or server-management software.

cPanel and Plesk licenses for VPS, VDS and dedicated servers are not automatically included unless they are specifically listed in the order. Customers who require either commercial control panel should include the license cost when comparing the total monthly price.

🎯 Conclusion

Keyubu is best suited to Turkish customers who want locally hosted infrastructure, Turkish-lira billing and a broad selection of affordable virtual servers and game-server products.

Its main strengths are the large product range, NVMe-based storage, cPanel and Plesk hosting, high-frequency Ryzen and Core i9 virtual servers, automated server deployment and its independent AS210538 network.

The shared-hosting platform includes a strong technical combination of LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, Imunify360, Softaculous, free SSL and migration assistance. Reseller hosting provides separate account-level resource controls, while VPS and VDS customers receive numerous processor, storage and virtualization choices.

Dedicated servers and colocation make it possible to keep larger workloads with the same provider as infrastructure requirements grow. The game-server range is particularly extensive and includes specialized packages for many popular multiplayer platforms.

The main limitations are the contractual 99% uptime guarantee, customer-managed backup responsibility and a refund policy based largely on partial account credit. The physical port speed should also not be confused with guaranteed Internet throughput.

Support is available every day, although the contractual schedule and response target do not provide immediate 24/7 engineering assistance. International customers may also find the Turkish-only service environment and TRY-only pricing less convenient.

For Turkish websites, development systems, bots, multiplayer communities and cost-sensitive server projects, Keyubu offers a practical combination of local infrastructure, competitive prices and flexible configurations. Companies with strict SLA, continuous high-bandwidth, managed-service or frequent-backup requirements should confirm those conditions in writing before ordering.
