Submit your web hosting company to the WHTop directory
WHTop is an independent web hosting directory and review platform listing more than 29261 hosting brands worldwide, with thousands of providers active and regularly updated. By adding your company here, you make it easier for customers to discover you while they compare web hosting providers, read reviews and evaluate plans.We accept web hosting companies, data centers and related infrastructure providers offering services such as shared hosting, VPS, cloud, dedicated servers, reseller hosting, colocation, domain registration, SSL certificates and business e-mail.
A basic listing is free for verified providers that place a standard backlink to WHTop on their website (for example, in a “Partners”, “Links” or “Awards” section).
If you prefer not to add a backlink, your company can still be listed, but a small listing fee applies. After you submit the form, let us know (using contact form) about the available paid listing options.
NOTE: We currently have a backlog of more than 3,000 submissions awaiting review, with some requests dating back to 2021. As a result, maintaining a fully manual review process at no cost is no longer sustainable. Until now, we have been able to prioritize reviews primarily for companies that added a backlink to WHTop and contacted us directly. To ensure a faster and more consistent review process for all providers seeking inclusion, we have updated our submission policy to include a paid review/expedited listing option.
Submission rules and quality guidelines
To keep the directory accurate and useful, each submission is manually reviewed. Please follow these rules:- Submit only your main company domain (for example: brand.com). Do not submit deep links such as brand.com/hosting or similar landing pages.
- Do not submit subdomains (such as hosting.brand.com) as separate companies.
- Your website must be active, publicly accessible and not “under construction”.
- Submit only real hosting companies or data centers. Affiliate portals, coupon sites and pure comparison websites are not accepted as providers.
We reserve the right to group or list redirects / mirror domains (for example, brands operating under multiple domains) under the main company profile as we consider appropriate. Before submitting, please search our directory to make sure your company or URL is not already listed.
Submissions that do not follow these rules, or that contain misleading or incomplete information, may be edited or rejected.
What you can do after your company is accepted
Once your company has been reviewed and added to the WHTop directory (you will get an automated email from us details), you will be able to:- Log in with your WHTop account to manage your company profile (name, description, contact e-mail, address and phone numbers).
- Maintain and update your hosting plans, including pricing changes, new products and discontinued services.
- Publish and manage web hosting promotions, coupon codes and news related to your services.
- Define your target countries and supported languages, helping users find providers that match their location and language.
- Give official replies to customer reviews and complaints, visible on your company profile.
- Increase trust by using the WHTop website seal on your own site to show that you are listed and reviewed
- Export your hosting plans through RSS feeds, making it easier to distribute your offers across other tools and services
- Receive e-mail alerts when new reviews are added for your company and monitor feedback over time
Optional: Our editorial team may prepare a detailed, customized review for the listed company, covering available products, pricing and billing periods. This service is offered separately and may involve additional fees.
