Seems that Hetzner is trying to scam us.

I want to say that seems that Hetzner is trying to scam us.

We are being charged for services now (April) that was canceled to 31/03. On their site says that have to cancel in advance of next invoice. But seems that have to cancel within 60 days in advance as they charged these.

I'd sent these items informations to Hetzner support since 02/04 and had no new invoice till now.

Today I received an email saying:

unfortunatelly we were unable to charge your credit card for the invoice R0001421077.
Please update the credit card details for your account. We will charge your credit card then again. (There is no need for you to contact us in that case)
Please note that we will have to suspend your account unless you update your credit card details in time.
You can change your credit card details using the Robot (https://robot.your-server.de/). Once you have logged in you can change the credit card details using the menu "Master data". Fill out the credit card form and click on the "Continue" button to confirm your new credit card information.

That means if we do not pay the full amount all other services will be cancelled!

Even if they are charging us wrong, we be obligated to pay! Who do business on this way?
We already paid for 30 days in advance for these cancelled items.

It is non sense to pay for more 30 days AFTER the cancellation being 60 days as total.
