😠 Very disappointed with the services Hosting Speed provided. They focus on making sales rather than offering quality services. Poor customer services and technical support. We regret purchasing domains from them and we have decided to switch to a more trustworthy company.

😠 Hosting is a scammer
They won’t give u services, I paid and I have said I need to host two domains under it and they reject, first when I register, they make wrong domain and delay to send me hosting as they promise, after they can’t provide the services, I request to refund and they are not refund, it is a really scammer, don’t trust them, I use serveral years ago is ok, just sometimes server down, but I never expect they do like that now, they are scammer, please don’t join them

😠 The service support is lousy and almost non-existent. I sent a support request on the 20th, next day I received a stupid reply (asking information I already provided) and after 6 days im still waiting for resolution of the problem.

😠 The worst chain of sales ever; I was notified to renew, I proceeded and was cut off in midst, so the next day I went to the site and completed the processes. A week later, I get an overdue notice with a threat to suspend or cancel my account. I called immediately and came across this lady who said I have created 2 invoices and that it was my fault for not using just the one. She was also rude, in the conversation she kept interrupting me and won't let me finish my sentence. I've finally requested to speak with someone else, she said her line cannot be switched and when I ask to be contacted by someone else, she said her entire office cannot dial out! She further said that her "Hotline" Manager is not reachable via any means or method.
After I hang up and decided that I no longer wishes to use their service (I would rather pay more). I called again, this time answered by another lady, who said that refund request can only be sent via email.
