No Problems at All!
I'm not exactly sure why everyone posts negative reviews, but I have the feeling most of the problems encountered are the customer's fault. I've noticed that VPS.NET seems like a small company with a limited number of employees, this results in many issues being resolved over a course of hours rather than minutes. However, support tickets should be expected have longer reply times and I've never had one unanswered.
My experience with them has been fully positive! The only time I had trouble with my VPS was as a result of me updating some software that had a conflict with pre-installed software. Even better, they fixed it for me!
I've always found the support to be very thorough as well, no one-word answers. As cloud technology is new and still evolving, it is important to remember that problems may come up. I stuck with a reliable OS and have yet to find any issues with my service. Recommended if you're computer/server saavy and want to be on the cutting-edge of cloud technology!

-Price is outstanding!
-Uptime has been good except for a few maintenance outages and planned outages on my end.
-Features are beyond helpful, I love having the choice of OS and multiple control panel availability.
