Before you will decide to use HostEurope.de – think about it twice and read our open letter to that company.
From Monday 01.06.2009 I’m trying to solve problem with your company on good and partnership relations (after more than 2 years cooperation).
Monday 01.06.2009 I received from you e-mail that we have delay with payment.
That is truth, we were. On 03.06 all fees was transferred to you by express bank transfer - confirmation you got.
After that there was no message from you.
Next day - yesterday (02.06.2009 - at about 1:00PM)our server was turned off.
I made a call and I was explain that we need time till Friday and I got answer - NO, only after payment we can turn on server.
Ok, fine – so NEXT DAY as soon as possible we have done transfer.
Today I’m sending confirmation 03.06.2009 to you about done payment, and I have an answer that is too late and it’s end of cooperation!????

I send to you information that we want to finish cooperation, and I was asked what is the condition to make it, what files we have to sign or when we should inform you that we want to stop cooperation (how many days sooner) That is ordinary way to finish cooperation - pay all fees, and than we also need a copy of our data that was hosted at your servers.
For now, somebody, and I do not know who, cause there is no signature, YOU writing us that cooperation is ended and there is nothing more that you can do…
How it’s possible if nobody sooner did not decide about day of end of cooperation? How it’s possible when we get paid your company already?
I hope that all is just because of misunderstood.
Till today we will not get any feedback and action from Host Europe DE, we will have to inform PUBLIC OPINION about possible trading braking law BY THAT COMPANY – HostEurope.de. - hope that all is not planned by this company and it’s just a mistake.
Sorry to say it, but there was no good will from Host Europe support department to cooperate - this time.
We expecting reaction for our open letter.
We send more than 8 messages to that company, and no replay till today, and services are off still, more over, they did not give us back our data.
If you had same problem with that company, do the same as we – publish open letter.
