Our signup to cancellation ratio which is 62 new clients to every 1 cancellation shows that a properly serviced and happy customer is a long term customer.We are dedicated to "Keeping You Online" and providing swift, courteous customer service. We do not believe in, nor do we employ the practice of exaggerating our network, services, prices, or reliability. We do, however, believe and take pride in the fact that the promises we do make to you are kept to the very best of our abilities, and our statements are not embellished or over-exaggerated.

Our 100% Cisco powered internal network prioritizes high performance and redundancy. State of the art, fault tolerant software utilizes Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP), guaranteeing that in the event that a router or router port fails, the hot standby router will take over within a maximum of 40 seconds. Our self-healing network architecture virtually eliminates a single point of failure. In addition to our own backbone, we also purchase backup transit from multiple providers in multiple locations to ensure that your data will arrive via the shortest possible routes. Because of our backup transit and the many international peers, our network maintains the shortest routes for sending your data all over the world. On an ongoing basis, we are negotiating with the top fiber carriers for new routes, additional backup transit providers, and we are signing on new peering relationships.
Mega Hosters high performance and redundant backbone network connects all of our Internet Data Centres using multiple high-speed OCn3 lines. With the ever-growing number of latency-sensitive applications such as Voice Over IP, Video Streaming and Conferencing, and a multitude of other client server applications, route diversity is a key component in ensuring Internet connectivity is fast and always available. Mega Hosters national backbone is ranked among the top in the nation. Mega Hosters switched network utilizes the Border Gateway Protocol Version 4 (BGP4) over Cisco 12000 series GSR routers. We always update the router's IOS after we have stress tested the latest IOS on a non-critical router, to make sure it is very stable. The switch that your equipment will ultimately be connected to is connected back to a core router via fiber.
At Mega Hosters, we strive to be constantly expanding our network in ways that further enhance performance for our customers. For example, we are the only network that has a direct connection between Seattle and Vancouver, via our private clear channel link.
Our network uses Private Peering Connections (PPC's) which route through Vancouver, Seattle, Toronto, Montreal, Chicago, New York, Palo Alto California, Fremont California, San Jose California, and Vienna Virgina thus giving us a expansive redundant network.
