JasonHuag, what are you talking about!! You must work for this place. Do they pay you to put positive ratings on for them because....
1)I have never experienced such careless and bad service with any other company in my entire life. BUYER BEWARE - They ripped off money from my paypal account. I had let my plan run out. I never agreed or was under an automatic renewal plan. But that was their excuse for charging my account. Yet, when my WH4L account expired they still cancel my plan but they still charged my paypal account as if I had renewed it. Can I get into it with my password and user name? NO - They cancelled me yet charged my paypal account anyway. 2) It is impossible to get them on the phone. I would be put on hold for 15 minutes time after time with no life in sight, then after the 15 minutes they would disconnect me. Then I tried to get help through their online services. Another Joke. If you speak English forget it. You won't be able to communicate with their online people. They can't understand what you are saying....or can they? Are they playing dumb? Don't know, but then they directed me to contact help through e-mail. Did that help? OF COURSE NOT! All they did was tell me to cancel my account (no kidding) and asked for my password etc., but of course I could not do that because they had already canceled me so my info was not in their system! All they kept telling me was that they could not refund my money until I went into my account and canceled. I would try to tell them that my info was taken out of the system but they charged me anyway. They either acted like or never understood what I was trying to say. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY. They will give you the run around to no end. Now I am trying to get my money back through legal means.
