They used to be good.
Well, I have been with Web4Africa for some years now, and believe me, I cant say I have enjoyed their services. I have a reseller account with them and they have been my constant headache. If you wish to host with web4africa, here are things you should know.
1. Your websites can disappear at any time and they will never claim responsibility for it. Happens alot, and you have to start the website from scratch.
2. Customer support is crappy. They will frustrate your life with copy-and-paste responses. They really dont know much.
3. Very slow server. If you can cope with waiting for 30mins for your page to load every time you click on a link, then go for web4africa.
4. Owner doesnt give a crap about you. The owner is Oluniyi Ajao and he doesnt care about customers.
5. Lack of security. My websites got hacked countless times and I had to re-do it all over again.
6. They will never admit that you actually know something about websites, to them, everyone is a dummy. Their only solution to website not loading is that you should clear your cache. WTF!
Bottom line, I wouldnt recommend Web4Africa even to my worst enemy.
