Shutdown server right in the middle of a big Sale

If you are a legit business and growing, don't host with VPSLink! You're guaranteed problems. Their service level is about average until you start getting some serious traffic. Right in the middle of a big sale on our ecommerce site, they send the following email:

"Hello,

Our system administrators detected that your server is causing a heavy load on the node, to the extent that this was causing a negative impact on other customers. As a result, we have had to suspend your server. There are two possible causes:

1) You are running a known service or application on your VPS which is responsible for the resource usage. This is not permitted by our terms of service, as we do not allow processes which affect services to other customers. To unsuspend your server, please reply with specific information on the application, and your guarantee you will immediately stop it from using excessive resources. .

2) If you are not aware of any such service, it is likely your container has been compromised. As it is not possible to be sure what other malicious code has been uploaded, it will need to be reinstalled. This should then erase any other code which may have been injected into it, to allow 'back-door' access by unauthorized people. If you do not have a backup of your current content, we can place one in the /old folder before the reinstall, but there would be a $75 fee for the additional work involved in this, charged to the credit-card on file for the account. Please reply, confirming whether or not you require us to provide a back-up when we reinstall your server.

Calling them got nowhere. I was able to get a manager on the phone, and he said there was absolutely nothing he could do about it because it came from their security department. I asked if they had identified an actual security issue. He stated they hadn't and it was just the load on the server. No kidding! I'm in the middle of the biggest sale I've ever had! After back and forth emails over a few hours, still no resolution!
