TMD is the only company in the World that...
When it comes to hosting providers, there are many companies to choose from. At best, it is difficult deciding from all of the great companies out there, who REALLY has: A.) the Best support. B.) the Best price. C. the Best service.
And often times, at worst, we end up missing out on those very rare companies that honestly make it a drive to pleasingly offer all three consumer qualifications: Support, Price and Service. TMD offers this.
In my experience, I have used a variety of companies on the internet. From form hosters to social network hosters, to website hosters to link hosters, and a slew of internet companies that fall in between these catagories.
It was during a very important time, I found TMD while searching for a company to host my social network software. TMD struck me as very interesting and odd because right from the start TMD was with me every step of the way.
I've never had a compnay so willing to help with a true desire and passion to care for their customer, this is TMD.
The Sales person took the time to actually walk me through each step via Live Chat, (first of all, Live chat is rare for any company to have, let alone, how many companies are willing to go the extra mile, with service with a positive, helping attitude, this really impressed me.) I was very happy from the start of using TMD. And this was an odd feeling because, I've never dealt with any company that was so impressively helpful from the very start. TMD Hosting a REAL quality.
The technical support that follows, is worth , EASILY 10 times more than the barest minium hosting fee I am charged, and I have found myself even offering TMD extra money just because I find it hard to believe that the technical team can go out of their way to help the way they do, at the price of the hosting fee. This impressed me so much I started telling all my followers on twitter just how wonderful this company is. TMD is so solid and serving, they never accpeted this offer, and seen my needs through to the end. TMD is Special. No other comany I have delt with have been as dedicated and serving as TMD support. TMD goes beyond the call of duty when answering customer needs and concerns.
Why? Lets start with Pricing. I paid for the Amazing package and it cost me around 7 dollars a month.
TMD set my social network software up for free and even made sure it was bug free, This blew me away because setting software up can cost 100s' of dollars. Again I found TMD odd, no other comany out there would ever devote so much
time and patience with their customers, this far exceeds the hosting fee. I don't know how TMD does it.
Now we come to customer support. Firstly TMD has answered my questions at a mind blowing speed, and I have to be honest, TMD has answered my technical support questions withing literally minutes. NO OTHER company on the internet, I fully believe, and I am willing to bet my life savings that no other comapny on the internet answers questions or customer concerns quicker, and more reliablely complete than TMD support.
These odd feelings I get are the warm, happy, delighted, wonderful feelings that people get when using those very rare companies that honestly care about their customers, and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure each and every person who uses TMD services are optimized with the best service their need requires.
TMD has honestly set the STANDARD for sales, service and support. Every compnay I now use I compare to TMD's standard of quality and no other company out there comes close to TMD's true professionalism.
I can say TMD is a 1 and a million hosting provider. (and so much more) I can say TMD is 1 and one houndred million,
but honestly TMD is priceless, No other company in the World, compares to the quality and care , I have come to know
as TMD Hosting. Thank you TMD Hosting for making me a very happy and satistfied customer :)
