Due to a recent health complication I needed to cancel my account with TMD Hosting shortly after signing up. Not only did the company understand but treated me as a person from the start. Their kindness and one on one interaction stands out and from a personal level it's refreshing to be treated as a person and not just a support ticket number. The folks I dealt with at TMD Hosting were very personable and seemed genuine in their concern for me and my health situation. Hosting companies are a dime a dozen but the way TMD Hosting runs their business is truly a jewel in the rough. Aside from their excellent support they offer an impressive set of tools to make hosting a breeze. I just wish I was able to do what I had set out to do. If I can I will certainly return. I have other sites, & clients and plan to bring them over to TMD Hosting. As far as I am concerned going forward I will exclusively send any hosting to TMD. And to TMD Hosting personally, Thank you once again for your understanding & compassion. I wish you all the best but if you continue to run things the way you currently do you should have no problems being one of the, if not THE BEST HOST online.
