Also during any purchase of your product whether you are asking to mention anything about previous tickets??

then what is the meaning of asking us to you have not informed about this......

if suppose this is the reason means why you people are delaying for 3 days... and at the moment we purchased the product why you have not indicated anything.....

Normally no one will purchase anything Big.. based on your service and reliably they may plan either to continue or drop..

What is the reason that the ticket escalated to the billing queue and need to wait for another 24 hrs.

already two days are over and till now we have not received the purchased product details and access..


Also we have never expected this much of irresponsible delays from the ISO 9001:2000 certified

organization, this is the way of proving your processes are well defined and globally bench marked.

From silicon House even on 5th day no reply about the following

1. About our purchased product status
2. Also after received the payment for a product and payment confirmed by Silicon House no access has been given and since last 2 days no proper reply for our inquiries and clarification tickets booked from our reseller
control panel.
3. even we Mailed about this issue to Silicon house Rapid Action Force ( RAF ) for Actions and waste.
4. By phone called to your following numbers several times and no action. ( 9361777518 , 044-24405807 & 044 - 24412448 )

so it seems that after business your commitments are not maintained by you and your team. Also you people are just saying all in words and in practical .......oopphssss.

Simply good for nothing.
