Ok, the "support" here is horrible.

I have been contacting the "support" for about two or three weeks, to find out what to do with my now expired domain. It takes a week to get a response, but usually I just get what I think is going to be a response, only to find out that it's not, but a notification that my ticket has been closed, once again.

My domain used to be missmoon.org, before it expired on the 1st of this month. I contacted scarabweb and they told me in a very scant email, that the domain was "no longer owned by them". Ok, so I contacted them to see WHO it was owned by, and never got a response.

So, scarabweb doesn't know how to provide real, actual support. I cannot find their "live" support either, and even when I could, they wouldn't help me either, they would just tell me to wait for the sales department to respond to my email, which obviously, they never did. I emailed them over the course of almost 3 weeks, and only got 2 (unhelpful) replies, the rest were "this ticket has been closed" auto-replies.

So, now I have to find out BY MYSELF who my domain is owned by. ENOM says it's still owned by the reseller, which is scarabweb.

So, my nameservers are still pointing to scarabweb. Thanks for the support, scarabweb.
