A disgrace of a company. We were with WebCentral and Netregistry took over. The dashboard initially was much less user friendly than WebCentral's and then they decided to migrate our emails from the WebCentral server. What an absolute bunch of morons they are! I suddenly found one morning that I had no emails and all their customer support people could say was that it was a problem in Migration from WebCentral to Netregistry and there is nothing really that can be done to fix the problem quickly. I received no advice saying that our emails would be migrated on that day and there might be a possibility of problems and when I called their customer service number for technical difficulties they told me to wait two to three hours. I called back after the three hours - the lady then told me that I could be down for days! What in the hell are these clowns doing? I am running a business - my business relies heavily on the internet and the ability to send and receive emails. This down time was badly affecting my business. Did these people care - not one iota! Why should I be paying for a service when I don't get the service I was paying for? The customer service person - from an overseas call centre then told me that they would only advise me of progress by email - well I didn't have any emails - they were DOWN! I also didnt have any other email address and when I asked them to phone me to update me - she said no that you wouldn't do that! As customers they should have forewarned us of this debacle - yet they haven't told us anything at all. Why wasn't this a seamless process where the client - me didn't even realise it had happened? What a shambles - I wanted someone to intervene on my behalf and kick somebody's butt and get this problem fixed asap! I called the Call Centre repeatedly over 5 days - emailed and called my alleged Customer Service Manager who was responsible for my account, left messages on Facebook, sent complaints via the website, left Facebook posts on their website - nothing - no response at all. What an absolute bunch of morons they are! A total disgrace!
