I have been working with NetRegistry for a little over 7 years now.
Either directly though my company's or though company's i have worked for.
About 3 years ago when i branched out on my own, no longer working for other IT company's.
I continued to use your services because as i was more and more busy with my time , i found it easy that i could send a email to my accounts manger and no questions asked it was done, even helping me out as far with 7 day account when i needed it.
I was a not impressed when my previous account manger 'sarah' vanished.
5 weeks later i received a email for a man, writing to me along the lines of 'Im sorry but if you need something done please ring up!'
As i was far to busy and a little upset that i was not kept in the loop were my account manager went to, i just ignored it.
I am very pleased though when i finally had time and raised the issues, NetRegistry appointed me Krithika as my new account manager.
Her work so far has been above and beyond , and i am very happy with her personal service.
Though i did warn her that she may want to memorize my number in case she wants to screen my calls when shes having a bad day :)
all in all, if it wasn't for Krithika i would have moved all the domains and told my company's i have contact with to move to godady.
Keep up the good work and look forward in doing work together.
