I had taken a windows package from Manashosting 6 months back .Initially after making the payment I got my control panel details within 24-48 hours. It was working fine in the beginning. After 4 months I was not able to open my website. Every alternate day my server was down. I sent so many mails, called every day almost to solve my issue but everything went in vain. Then I finally decided to quit Manashosting. Just thought to try one last time since all my customers were using this website. One last solution given to me was to change the server from HELM to PLESK.I took the back-up of all my files as instructed by their technical team. They provided me new server details and I again uploaded all my files. Now my site is never down till date. I'm very much happy. No issues no problem till now. I just enquired why it all happened previously. The answer was there are 100's of customers using HELM cp and some customers are using huge bandwidth for which the other customer sites are going down frequenlty. Hence for such customers we provide PLESK server details. I'm really thankful for providing permanent solution to my problem. I greatly thank their technical team for helping me a lot while I was in great trouble. Now I have plans to take many more packages from them. All I need to tell is manashosting is certainly providing good service They are top hosting service providers in INDIA.
