We got hosting at Ionos because of the low price. First we noticed that our site frequently signaled error 503. We complained, but no change in 50 days. Then we noticed that ftp acces does not work. Complained, no change. After more than a month, we tried to load some WordPress plugins from their control panel (not a CPanel, but something made ïn the house"). Result? Site losed. Their automatic backup was composed in some plugins from WP. Site gone! Complained and they said to check for some "other" backup, but it will cost us!!! We are still wainting for that promised backup...
And not last, our company is located in Romania. If you do a traceroute from Romania to our site, you'll have the surprise to see that over more then 20 hops, you get to USA, resulting in a response time of more than 10 seconds to load a page of 200kb. On any net provider we checked.
To conclude, I am sorry that I can't give them half a corner of a star! Worst services, worst customer support, worst experience ever.
