Everything they say about their service and EVERYTHING on their website is a lie, including the 30 Day Money back guarantee!!! Before you pay them, they are very friendly on live chat and promise to response to customer support within 30 minutes via email. They also say that live chat is on 24/7. My website has been down several times for over a week and they are not responding to email and they hung up on me on live chat. Their live support is only on a few hours a day. They are incompetent and careless.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with us. We do not turn off our live support on customers unless they are excessively abusing us, which we reserve the right to do. If that wasn't the case, then a connection error between the chat client occurred and simply needed to be restarted.

Our 30-day money back guarantee is not a lie, however, we do refund domains/setup fees due to the amount of promotion fraud that would occur.

I'm not sure where you emailed us, but if you did it via a response to one of our emails that said "Do not respond" it would have bounced. If you email our billing staff instead of opening a ticket and unsubscribe from our emails, you also will receive no response since you blocked our correspondence. Not saying either happened, but those are most case scenarios. We also offer phone support, if we don't answer please leave a message and we will get back to you. We are a company that has been around for almost 20 years, but we are small and we don't outsource our support. Our support is in-house, and while it could take a little while for us to respond, it is never later than 48 hours, usually not later than 4 and most commonly within about 30 minutes. It depends on what is needed for a response in regards to researching the issue.

We also do not state 24/7 customer service via live chat or phone. We do have 24/7 customer support, but it is via our ticket system and the live chat times vary due to our offices in Europe and the US.
