terrible terrible host {gameservers.com)
I have been hosting/managing dedicated gaming servers for over 15 years and i can say without a ounce of hesitation or regret that gameservers.com is the worst server host i have seen in all of those 15+ years. They have a terrible customer support that either fixes the problem and then answers your ticket acting like you're retarded and there was no problem or they will fix nothing and act the same way. Or they will fix nothing and tell you that it was thier plan to have it messed up like that in the first place. The REALLY wrong thing is that IT'S TRUE! They would actually rather have something broken then have any customer satisfaction at all!
The best part is that they DO NOT support ANY ftp or console access at all! Any server host the refuses customer access to the server they are paying for is worthless no matter the price! AND they make you pay an arm and a leg! We paid $82/mo while there are other hosts with BETTER service providing the same sized server for only $64/mo!
If you use this host trust me that you will be dissapointed.
