what to do
Terrible company, and spurious billing...used to be amazing when they were ASHOSTS...So I have been receiving monthly bills of £75 for a single page portfolio since the beginning of the year, I never signed for this or ticked their "Box"...I feel I was erroneously moved over to a premium package stealthily and can't afford this any longer, I tried to dispute this with them, but as they have no phone number to ring I could only ever use there support ticket system...this eventually became so frustrating that I'm ashamed to say I resorted to bad language...now they are threatening me with this and the receivers...all I want are my IPS records to move...this they told me I can have if I now pay off the remainder of the contract (again I never signed for this...unbelievable)...I've gotten NOMINET involved and they are aware of "them"...but so desperate to leave them without this hassle and keep my domain name, and on that note they have told me it will be up for sale if I don't pay their invoice!!!
I highly recommend any sole traders to avoid them at any cost, as my experience with them has left me very angry (even though I did hit out in frustration)...no doubt I'll get the stock answer bellow from them...yes I threw my rattle out of the pram, but what can one do? I'm so very small.
