Avoid this scammer at all costs! They do not give refunds even when they promised to and despite many support requests. Here are the exact details from my support tickets:

Dear Support,

I signed up earlier today for a reseller account.

After some consideration, I think I will continue on with my current
hosting provider so I won't be needing this account any more. Could
you kindly cancel my account and refund my payment? Sorry for the
inconvenience.

hello, we can cancel it but you get a whmcs with us and an enom
account , also we can move your sites over if need be. Or you can use
us for your secondary account spread your customers out,

I have requested a refund since May 6th and you have agreed. However,
until now I have yet to receive anything from your side.

Not only have I not received a refund, you have also failed to cancel
my billing (which you have also agreed to do) which has caused another
charge to be added to my card just now.

This is extremely bad service and business practice- failing to honor
your promise to a customer despite many polite requests from me.

If you still cannot give me my refund and settle this nicely, I will
have no other choice but to publicly voice out my complaints
mentioning your company's name and website on a number of internet
marketing and hosting forums, including the popular Warrior Forum. I
hope it doesn't have to come to this.
