ZZZ.com.ua Review 2026. Is zzz.com.ua good web hosting in Ukraine?

📄 Editorial Review

🔃 ZZZ.com.ua is part of ABC Hosting Ltd
(3*) 🔧 Services: Web HostingDomain Registration
ZZZ.com.ua is a long-running budget hosting brand operated by ABC Hosting Ltd dba ZZZ.com.ua, with company history starting in 2005. The service has always had a strong low-cost and free-hosting identity, but the current portfolio goes beyond basic free hosting and includes Shared Hosting, Free Hosting, Domains, VPS Servers, Dedicated Servers, Email, DNS, SSL Certificates, and Website Design.

The shared hosting lineup is built around Free, PRO, and VIP plans. The Free account is useful for testing, learning, or launching a very small site, but it is not a full long-term hosting substitute because it has strict limits and the terms mention a one-week validity period before an upgrade is required. PRO is the more realistic entry paid plan, with SSD storage, PHP mail, backups, remote MySQL access, DDoS protection, cron jobs, cURL, ionCube Loader, Phalcon, and better email / FTP / database limits. VIP is the strongest shared plan, adding broader resource limits, phone support, free SSL maintenance, free WHOIS privacy, up to 10 MySQL / MariaDB databases, and a 99.9% uptime guarantee.

The platform supports PHP 5.x, PHP 7.x, PHP 8.0, MySQL / MariaDB, SQLite, phpMyAdmin, FTPS, WebFTP, DNS management, statistics, SSD disks, .htaccess, mod_rewrite, GD2, XML, Ajax, and one-click installation for popular applications such as WordPress, PrestaShop, Joomla, Drupal, and other classic open-source scripts. This makes ZZZ.com.ua suitable for small websites, personal projects, forums, lightweight WordPress sites, student projects, and low-budget web publishing.

Domain services are also part of the offer. They sell Ukrainian, national, and international domain names, support domain transfers, and provide free .zzz.com.ua subdomains with hosting accounts. The "free domain" offer should be understood as a subdomain under zzz.com.ua, not a free commercial domain such as .com or .ua.

For users needing server-level access, the VPS range includes VPS 1024, VPS 2048, and VPS 4096. These plans include SSD storage, root access, SSH, terminal access from the panel, 1 Gb/s bandwidth, unlimited transfer, free technical support, and a 99.9% uptime guarantee. They are more suitable for users who can manage their own software stack or need services such as private DNS, proxy, VPN, voice servers, streaming, or custom server applications.

Dedicated servers are also part of the product catalog, but the current dedicated server packages are marked UNAVAILABLE. The listed configurations use HP DL180 G6 hardware, dual Intel Quad-Core Xeon E5620 CPUs, 16 GB to 96 GB RAM, IPMI, 2 public IPv4 addresses, 1 Gb/s network, 10 TB monthly transfer, and Amsterdam / Leaseweb Datacenter location. This makes the dedicated server section look more like a legacy or limited-availability product line than an active ready-to-order service.

The site is available in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, with prices mainly in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). The design is old-fashioned and compact, with a classic small-screen layout and a separate mobile-version switch rather than a modern responsive experience. Functionally, the site still provides a lot of useful information, but visually it feels from an older web-hosting era.

💰 Price & Cost

ZZZ.com.ua is clearly positioned as a very low-cost hosting provider. Shared hosting starts with a Free plan, while PRO and VIP are priced from around 66 UAH/month, depending on the selected billing period and active pricing in the order flow.

Domain pricing is also shown in UAH. Common extensions such as .com, .net, .org, .info, .de, .co.uk, .uk, .it, .nl, .tv, .xyz, and .us are available, with registration and renewal pricing varying by extension. Domain payments are treated as personalized orders and are not refundable once registration or renewal is completed.

VPS pricing starts from 274.91 UAH/month for VPS 1024, 383.25 UAH/month for VPS 2048, and 583.25 UAH/month for VPS 4096. Optional VPS administration costs 217.16 UAH/month, while application-level support is billed at 272.99 UAH/hour.

Dedicated server pricing is shown at 1,916.58 UAH/month, with a 529.00 UAH one-time setup fee for monthly billing and no setup fee when ordered for one year. However, the dedicated server order buttons are currently unavailable, so this pricing should be treated as reference rather than active stock.

Payment methods include InterKassa, PayPal, and Paymentwall. The terms allow a 14-day withdrawal period for hosting accounts, while VPS and dedicated services lose withdrawal rights once service delivery starts. Domain registration and renewal payments are non-refundable, except when the selected domain cannot be registered.

🏢 Data Center

ZZZ.com.ua infrastructure is strongly connected with the Netherlands. Company history places the start of cooperation with Leaseweb in 2009, and the privacy policy confirms that user data is stored and processed within the EU through LeaseWeb Netherlands B.V. Dedicated server specifications also point to Amsterdam, Netherlands, inside the Leaseweb Datacenter.

The network footprint matches that infrastructure direction. Public BGP information connects part of the ZZZ.com.ua hosting environment with AS60781 — LeaseWeb Netherlands B.V., while Leaseweb’s broader network also operates through major European internet infrastructure. For a budget hosting brand, the Amsterdam / Netherlands data-center base is a positive technical point, especially for users who want European hosting, stable international routing, and EU-based data processing.

Uptime depends on the service level. Free hosting does not carry the same assurance as paid service, while PRO and VIP shared hosting include 99.9% uptime, and all listed VPS plans also include 99.9% uptime. Dedicated servers do not currently provide a separately visible SLA because the listed plans are unavailable.

✍️ Customer Support

Customer support is available through the user panel ticket system, contact form, forum, and Facebook message. Registered users can open support requests directly from the panel and classify the request by topic, including account registration, hosting and domains, payments, websites, technical questions, business inquiries, migration, vacancies, or other issues.

Support priority depends on the hosting plan. Free hosting includes basic support, PRO receives better priority, and VIP receives the strongest priority plus phone support. VPS plans include free technical support, while help with customer-side applications is charged separately by the hour.

The main support email used in legal and account-related procedures is support@ZZZ.

🔨 Control Panel

ZZZ.com.ua uses an in-house user panel, not cPanel or Plesk. The panel manages hosting accounts, VPS servers, dedicated servers, domains, subdomains, FTP accounts, email accounts, databases, cron jobs, software installers, protected areas, statistics, payments, support tickets, and profile settings.

The panel is one of the stronger practical parts of the service because it centralizes almost everything needed for small hosting accounts. Users familiar with cPanel may need time to adapt, but the available functions are broad enough for standard website management, email setup, database work, CMS installation, payment tracking, and support communication.

🎯 Conclusion

ZZZ.com.ua is a credible choice for users who want very cheap hosting, a free starter option, UAH pricing, European server infrastructure, and enough technical features to run real small websites. The strongest points are the 2005 founding year, low pricing, SSD-based shared hosting, PHP and MySQL / MariaDB support, CMS installers, in-house panel, Leaseweb Netherlands infrastructure, and 99.9% uptime on paid shared and VPS services.

The main weaknesses are the old-style website design, strict limitations on free hosting, restricted refund conditions, legacy-looking dedicated server availability, and practical caps behind some "unlimited" wording. It is best suited for personal sites, small business pages, low-budget WordPress projects, forums, and technical users who can manage a VPS. For high-compliance business hosting, premium managed hosting, or enterprise workloads, a provider with stronger SLA documentation and more modern dedicated/cloud availability would be a safer fit.
