😠 Zoom.PH have the worst customer service
Their response on my ticket took ages before they response. We have 200+ email, websites on them and every time we have problem they are hard to contact. All their contact numbers are out of reached. Think twice before you purchase their services. I'm out!

😠 It was frustrating to find out that our website was down without any advance notifications from them. A simple e-mail will make a difference. We have very high traffic on our website and next thing we know, the clients cannot place their order. Early in the morning, I had to jump from bed to find a solution.

😠 I've switched to ZOOM.PH expecting better service than my previous one but it sucks. Too low resources allocated that makes my website down for a few days which I've never experience with my previous hosting provider. Don't expect a quick refund as my refund still now is being in the process. Again if you're looking for a better host, never choose ZOOM.PH

😠 I started my subscription from November of 2018. For the past months, they have been announcing a major migration of Linux servers - meanwhile, my website was down all the time.
I kept getting 504 Gateway errors. My Wordpress wouldn't load. It would only work after I submit a ticket - a week after its back again to being down, server offline. They even suspended my account because my Wordpress 5.1 installation was not updated to 5.2.1! Imagine that, without warning - I'd expect that if my WP version was 3.0 or 4.0 but 5.1 to 5.2.1?? Overkill - their shared server is full of bad websites and it affects the entire service. Rotten to its core - one agent told me they are having problems with huge amounts of foreign ips - hmmmm I wonder what that means. Also, I don't have the lock anymore at Edge - it says the connection is insecure - even if cPanel reports my SSL certificates as working.
I have innumerable tickets, proof of such a miserable 10 months I have had with them - with my

😠 This hosting service is TERRIBLE. They have the worst reliability ever. They suspend your account without warning for not applying minor updates (Version 5.1 to 5.2.1) on Wordpress, the time my website has been up is probably only 10% - 90% of the time I do check my website the stupid THING IS DOWN - I make a ticket, it goes back online again and then I think all is well - probably a week later I decide to visit my website - THE EFFIN THING IS DOWN AGAIN - they are cheating their clients and the service they provide is non-existent - it is broad daylight theft. How many times do I have to keep on making tickets because my website is offline for WHAT REASON? Even if I don't touch my worpress and it is on automatic updates - a week later is DOWN AGAIN! Totally unacceptable. Even my free BYETHOST account only gave me one hiccup per year - Zoom.ph - which is paid has given me SO MANY PROBLEMS compared to free BYETHOST - and I have to pay for those problems. TERRIBLE.

Our experience with ZOOM.ph was horrible. The website kept getting hacked and spammed. We eventually just put up a single page that told viewers to come to our Facebook group page instead. The website was useless.
What topped off the horrible experience was the unauthorized billing of our paypal account, TWICE. PLUS, they had the nerve to show us 3 invoices that they claimed we owed. We already paid everything from day one and agreed to no future fees. They however added us to a subscription that billed without our permission. We're still in the battle of getting refunded now.
DO NOT USE ZOOM.ph.

😠 Do not give all your trust to Zoom, they will give you a heart attack. Just like a blunt knife they cut your throat slowly and you feel deep pain. I believe their servers need a couple of Tylenol tabs to speed up. Zoom.ph is a pain in the groin!

😞 I've rated it 3 and there are several reasons why. It takes days for changes to occur on your website, and when you ask the support, they'll tell you that the changes occur as soon as you uploaded it - but it doesn't. Server goes down and when you ask them, they'll say it's working fine on their end - duh, of course it doesn't go down when you opened it once! 3 is for their excellent support! But I'm not paying them for their support.

Ok, they claim that they have 100% cloud uptime. On the second day of using their service, my website is down. Talking to the support is so slow and unaccomodating. They do not even tell you what happened when your website is down. Plus you will have to wait for the refund for 30 days!!!! OMG! This hosting sucks
