😠 1/ Je n'ai reçu aucune rĂ©ponse du service technique depuis plus d'un mois (Imaginez un problème avec votre site depuis plus d'un mois)
2/ Lorsque je signale le problème sur leur page Facebook, le commentaire est supprimé et je suis bloqué ; je ne peux plus faire de commentaire sur la page !! lol
3/ Oui ils ont un numéro sur lequel ils sont disponibles, mais ils sont le service commercial et ne traitent pas les problèmes techniques "vous pouvez ouvrir un ticket pour le service technique" c'est ceux qui ne répondent pas à mon ticket daté de plus d'un mois !!
