😠 Working with z.com was one of the most painful experiences in IT of the last 20 years. It's not only too expensive, but now - as credit card payment AND pay pal are disabled - you pay more for the bank transfer costs as for the domain hosting. Service mostly offline, almost no help from helpdesk. We cancel our contracts and move on.

😠 I have already hosting this back year ago enterprise eb hosting with dedicated ip, lot of bugs and with limited cpanel options stmp didn't work everytime i see a bug on cpanel now my hosting get expired without having an email regarding this i contact their support if i can be access or just backup my files they say they can't WOW!
This is not happend on my other hosting provider if can't pay they just turn it off and the cpanel open so i can be download my files included databases!. They need me to pay atleast 1 month subscripton just to backup or download my file! please don't spend money from this hosting provider.

😠 I've hosted here less than a year i was shocked that my z.com balance turn out to 0 i did not recieved any messages why this is happend also why they do eat my balance when i did not subscribe with thier or other active services, this is a great services provider and limited resources to thier potiential costumers but the price is horabble.

also here's my other reviews to the z.com's website
domain registry (good) but some domain is overpriced
web hosting (bad) cpanel many bugs, limited
vps (good) i've already run a minecraft server but the vps can't provide fast connections
ssl (good) it's cheap when you use thier services, if you linked off ehh nah not recommended to buy
smtp (bad) sometime the email is coming to spam or junk box

😁 I have hosted on different platforms before. I just saw Z.com on my email inbox as an advertisement. Since it was based on my country, I went for it and tried it. As I was setting it up, I encountered a couple of issues and since I am not an expert on this field, I contacted their support. I would ask questions after questions. To be honest, I'm pretty annoyed with myself as I have to ask questions multiple times. To my surprise, no matter how many times I asked for questions, they were very prompt, patient and friendly. 😁 I've been using Z.com's services since 2017 and I must say not only their products/services are user friendly but their customer service is very outstanding.
I've encountered communicating with different customer services for various products
but Z.com has really well trained staffs from their customer service department. They are all hands on, friendly and they are really willing to assist you in all your needs and concerns. I have no plans of migrating to a different hosting provider not only because their services are affordable but Z.com is very passionate with what their doing and I'm very confident that they'll always be there to help me with whatever problems in my account that I may encounter.

This is my first time to purchased and used a wordpress. The service have a good quality and useful features. Sometimes have technicality and for the wordpress to work you need to purchase their other service like webhost, domain and SSL. They have a good customer service once their is someone available they reply immediately to your concern and fix it. The price of the wordpress is reasonable and affordable but you just need to be ready to purchases another services to build a good website and domain.

😁 I have just migrated my website to Z.com. I am not a techie guy so I don't know much about the technical side of my WordPress site. But I requested the whole migration process from them on my behalf and they do it right away.

Customer service support is excellent especially their staff or agents. They act promptly and efficiently. I am very happy with their excellent service.

The price is super affordable too. I definitely recommend this hosting to all my friends.

😠 Services are fine. But complete garbage when it comes to their billing, and cancelling an account still requires ID and more even when I can already prove using the same email address I signed up with to reply their tickets. AVOID!

I personally testify that z.com is not worst web host as other comments, because as of march 18, 2020 I contacted one of the technical support from z.com stating that we cannot make payment for renewal of our domain due to COVID19 and the government imposed a lockdown policy in metro manila and provinces, and our office asked a consideration for the delay of payment to not to terminate the service of our domain, and guest what? They grant it with no lot of questions they renewed our service for the domain for 1 year, Imagine for with 1 year and the payment is to be followed after the COVID19 is gone. 😠 Absolutely trash customer support. The hosting itself is fine, but if something bad happens, your website is GONE. AVOID THIS HOST.

They asked me to do a bank transfer UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF, I did an immediate bank transfer BEFORE THE INVOICE DUE DATE.

Guess what happened? They still terminated my service. Website went down for 5 days, and in between this time, they are STILL NOT RESTORING MY SERVICE DESPITE MY FULL SUM TRANSFERRED.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT - IF YOU ARE A WEBMASTER, AVOID THIS. SO MANY 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE A CLEAR WARNING SIGN TO YOU!

😠 This company discreetly skyrockets the price every year. I renewed my subscription one year and noticed the price had increased but that it was a one-time thing; however, they did it again during the second renewal and I decided to cancel. They increased the price 30-50% EVERY YEAR without notifying you! And they say some BS about providing XYZ additional services that you would never need anyways... They claim their costs increase by that amount due to those additional services you dont need nor want and that justifies their price increase -- as someone who has IT knowledge I can assure you it's all BS. Everything they provide, you could get cheaper from somewhere else.

In addition, they have TERRIBLE customer support. It's only good during sign-up, but will quickly change after you pay. I write this poor review of Z.com as a warning to others who might be lured by their low prices. All web hosters have 30 days kind of a guarantee but NOT Z.com
After registration you'll just get screwed, they just send you to a new payment page and another and....

They claim they have been 27 years in business and have more than 8 400 000 customers
How come that they don't have any guarantee?
