😉 Connection works for a month or 2 very well (4Mbps/s stable). Then it breaks for a few days. Xilo provides a quick response but it seems to me that they push the problem to someone else. Either they blame BT or my router. They raised "tickets" and wait for some third party to solve the issue. Is that good customer service? I am not sure. I have to actually call BT myself to find out that my line works perfectly well. Everytime the problem is fixed by "magic", and I am not being told what the issue was. Would you think that's suspicious?
