Backups are not included, support receives lower priority and projects consuming excessive resources are not accepted.

Educational organizations and nonprofit educational projects can receive a more capable free account with 5 GB of storage, cPanel, LiteSpeed, databases, Node.js, Python and technical assistance. More than 500 educational organizations have used this program. Advertising and commercial projects are prohibited on educational accounts.

The KVM VPS catalog covers Poland, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Germany and Finland. Entry configurations begin with one virtual processor, 512 MB to 768 MB of memory and 10 GB of storage. Larger standard plans extend to four virtual processors, 6 GB of memory and approximately 50 GB of SSD or NVMe storage.

Prices are contractually calculated in US dollars and exclude VAT. The customer billing system supports USD, EUR and UAH. Some older contractual information also refers to Russian rubles and internally converted currencies.

Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, cryptocurrency and Ukrainian bank transfers. European companies can pay by EUR bank transfer and receive the corresponding business documents.

A promotion running until September 30, 2026 provides a 50% discount on selected cPanel hosting and Polish VPS orders. Customers transferring from another provider can also receive additional hosting time based on the remaining prepaid period of the previous service. Reseller packages have a separate 40% promotional discount.

Prepayment discounts amount to 5% for 93 days, 10% for 186 days, 15% for most services paid for 372 days and 20% for shared hosting paid for 372 days.

WishHost calculates each billing month as 31 days. A contractual service year therefore contains 372 days rather than 365 days.

The refund policy is more flexible than a strict no-refund policy but does not provide a universal unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee.

A service that has been paid for but not provisioned qualifies for a full refund. Once a service has been used, customers can request reimbursement for the unused portion. Discounts, free periods, setup work and other benefits can be recalculated before the final refund amount is established.

Refund requests must be submitted through the ticket system. Approved credit-balance refunds can be completed immediately, while returns through the original payment method may take as long as 45 days. Bank-transfer refunds can be reduced by a 15% commission.

Domain names, software licenses, IP addresses, DNS services, software installation and administration work are nonrefundable.

🏢 Data Center

WishHost operates through a distributed European infrastructure covering the Netherlands, Germany, Finland, Poland and Bulgaria.

Its internal platform includes six geographically distributed DNS servers, separate reverse-DNS systems, controlled IP networks, gateways, email clusters, backup storage, shared-hosting nodes and virtual-server clusters.

The Netherlands infrastructure is located in Naaldwijk and uses Worldstream and the Greenhouse data-center environment. The facility provides approximately 1,500 square meters of technical space and capacity for 216 racks.

Polish hosting and VPS services use MEVSPACE infrastructure in Wyszków. The facility combines modular and containerized data-center systems with continuous network-operations monitoring.

WishHost controls several customer IP ranges and reverse-DNS allocations. The Polish 91.234.255.0/24 range is routed through AS201814, operated by MEVSPACE. The Netherlands 146.19.188.0/24 range is routed through AS49981, operated by Worldstream.

This structure gives WishHost control over customer addressing, reverse DNS and internal allocations, while the upstream data-center operators handle external BGP routing.

The contractual uptime guarantee is 99.5% per year. This percentage permits approximately 43 hours of interruption during a full year.

Compensation applies when provider-attributable downtime exceeds the permitted allowance. Every compensable hour is valued at 1/720 of the monthly service price. Planned maintenance, external incidents and force-majeure events are excluded.

A 99.5% guarantee is lower than the 99.9% or 99.99% commitments commonly expected for business-critical infrastructure. Companies operating revenue-sensitive stores or essential applications should obtain a product-specific SLA before placing an order.

✍️ Customer Support

Technical assistance is available through the customer ticket system, email and telephone.

Sales telephone service operates from Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. GMT. Email requests can receive a response within one business day.

Emergency assistance operates continuously. Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., as well as during weekends, support works in duty mode and prioritizes complete server outages and major infrastructure incidents.

Routine configuration, billing and application questions remain in the standard queue during duty hours.

Linux VPS and dedicated-server customers can receive free basic administration. This includes the initial installation of an operating system and control panel, software updates, password resets, PHP extensions and ClamAV scans.

The administration service also covers diagnosis and configuration of Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PHP, FTP, DNS and mail services. Migration from another provider is included when the transfer meets the free-migration conditions.

The target response time for server-administration tickets is approximately 30 minutes.

Work outside the included administration scope costs $20 per hour, with a minimum charge of $10. The same rate can apply to migrations that do not meet the free-transfer conditions.

Free website migration normally requires a newly purchased service and a migration request submitted within three days of ordering.

The administration service does not normally include CMS customization, customer computer configuration, general software training or routine tasks that can be completed through the hosting control panel.
