😃 This service has its pros and cons.
On the plus side, they offer the cheapest US-based Windows VPS's I could find anywhere (aside from one other place that got terrible reviews). The server is fast. I haven't had any issues yet with performance, so I don't think they over-commit resources. Support is fairly responsive (despite it being based out of Singapore). They aren't the most helpful (I got a lot of pat answers), but they never left me in a lurch. Seems like a good VPS for a great price.
On the other hand, these servers were definitely used for SPAM in the past, and emails I send from the server I got go straight to Junk Mail on some email services, and are blocked completely by Hotmail/Outlook (as in, the emails bounce back undeliverable because the IP is blacklisted). The server's Gateway is on multiple blacklists. As a result, I would have a hard time using this for a legit web service, since any emails sent from it might not make it to their destination. I have been a customer for over 6 months.
I had payment issues for 2 days, and by the time it was resolved my service was terminated and all data was gone, according to the support there was no backup or nothing they could do.
Terrible service, avoid them.

😠 It looks great to start with! Don't fall in to the trap of low prices. Tech support replies are once a day or every second day. Network goes down often. There is no data back up and you'll lose your data and they do nothing!!!! Worst service ever!!! Stay away!!!
