When I decided to leave servupro for another server, servupro abruptly took my website off line and prevented access to it's files. I have been without a website now for 3 months because of this company's unprofessional business conduct. Be ware of servupro or any other irreputable and "host" services who are desperate for business; they will use all kinds of legal and illegal tactics to keep you business whether you like it or not. DO YOU HOMEWORK.
This customer cancelled his service using the link within his account panel. Naturally, his data was removed from our servers when the cancellation was processed. When this was explained to him he became hostile and started making unreasonable demands. Nevertheless, we delivered a backed up copy of his site's files on CD-ROM.
We take pride in providing the best customer service we can, which is why we have a very low attrition rate. Every customer is important to us, as is their satisfaction. We did everything we could to remedy the situation in this case.
