😁 Great features, great host
I have been using VPSblocks VPS hosting for about 5 months. Impressed with their Self-Healing Failover system which gives my websites 100% uptime. Everything just works. There is always a skillful person on the other end of live chat who takes care of the needs immediately, particularly helping me balance PHP-FPM and resources. Servers are also very fast and resources are completely customizable. They are always willing to take that extra step. Great to work with Australian support guys as well. I really can't fault them.

Great webhost so far I highly recommend it! Been with Vpsblocks Australian web host for about 4 months and have been really great. My last webhost would sometimes take days to respond to your help ticket. They have ITIL defined level 3 support technicians - this is really cool. I've had no problems with their server or anything. Their technical customer service is great as well. They are pretty quickly. They also offer CentOS 7 + cPanel (or Plesk) operating systems. Really nice web host!

😁 We've been with VPS Blocks for over 2 years now. Their pricing is great and the service has been outstanding. We have not had any major issues and the few minor issues we've experienced (mostly our fault) have been resolved quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend them.

😁 Professional place to host a wordpress site
I'm happy with everything. Overall, it is an excellent host! I first signed up for a Vpsblocks VPS because the price was extremely reasonable, and i had heard good things about their support. So far both upload and download speeds are incredibly fast, and their control panel features are great and very well supported (live chat is awesome). Great pricing. No complaints so far, I recommend this Australian web host to anyone who wants a cPanel (or Plesk) server.

Have been using VPSblocks VPS hosting for a couple of months now and can only offer the absolute maximum praise for these guys. Speed connection is fast and their dashboard is great. I am impressed by their self-healing failover system which allows them to offer VPS clustering. Support is great. Live support is almost always online. Also get fast reply on email. Server uptime and the speed performance have been perfect for my online projects in Australia. Thumbs up!

😁 Best VPS hosting site i have found. Haven't had a single connectivity issue on the VPS side, easy to upgrade and downgrade options. Great support staff that have always excelled at helping me with any issue no matter how big or small the issue you might have. Quick to respond and offer advice when needed even at times outside of the standard office hours. Couldn't recommend them enough to people who ask for a good Australian or international VPS business.

😁 VPS Blocks - Solid Technology - Great Resources & Support
We have been using VPS Blocks for several years running database centric websites that require hefty resources and a solid platform. We have been in the development business since 1995 and had hosting services across the globe.

VPS has without a doubt the best backup and support service that we have encountered; the crew are always on hand with very solid input and positive outcomes each and every time we strike a new software issue from a server resource perspective.

This has been a solid part of our working relationship and for us is a major reason to use VPS Blocks' services. Their resourcing, connectivity and support is first class; over time we intend to move all our servers across to them.

The direct access and live chat for support has been excellent. Would like to say that it is a reliable web host in Australia. I've also registered 3 .com.au domains. They have easy-to-use control panel, great features and easy as heck to setup. Speed is good, and the price is really cool. All in all, a very good experience with Vpsblocks hosting. Top provider in Australia for getting VPS plans at nice rates. Recommended.

😁 VPS Blocks is a great choice
I have been using VPSBlocks since they opened back in 2012/2013. I have expereinced with them their growth and constant need and want to grow. Sure like any vendor there has been some downtime but it has being fairly minimal overall.

I have got multiple services with them and honestly I have found their service and ability to deliver a good combination of support and customer service a lot better than other options in the marketplace.

If you have little to no idea what you are doing with vps hosting they will still help you. The support team always tell you what is going on without holding back and after dealing with larger companies like Softlayer and AWS I found VPS Blocks to be a great choice.

As for the "Terrible Company" review posted by some clown in the States... they clearly state "No Gaming Servers" when talking to the sales and support team. So I put it down to an idiot customer.

😃 I have been with VPSBlocks for over 5 years and have never found any downtime that was noticed, I am hosting multiple (21) domains websites which when I have needed to expand my server to cope with the traffic, I was warned from day one 5 plus years ago that I would not be able to have any gaming services on the VPS,
Each time I have requested support I have been given it within a 2 hour time table so I am happy with this, I could receive faster support if I paid for it, but chose not to.
Pricing wise, I am starting to find VPS a little on the expensive side and am looking for another VPS, but bearing also in mind that I have had no problems with VPS Blocks, I am sorta reluctant to change over.

😠 Avoid this host like the plague. They have poor infrastructure and blame clients when their network crumbles under the pressure of very low bandwidth DDoS attacks. Do not go with this company if you have any kind of popular service. They will terminate your service without any warning.

😠 Terrible hosting.
I purchased a Windows Virtual Private Server from vpsblocks.com.au. I was satisfied at first with the quick support ticket replies. A few days later, I got my game server that I was going to host, up. A few hours later, the VPS that I was hosting on was DDoS'ed and it took down the entire network that the host was on. I was then told that I was unwanted to host with vpsblocks due to the fact that I was a target. I was the victim and I felt like they were trying to make me responsible for the attack. After asking a few questions, the support staff then recommended me to Web24. They knew that I was hosting a gameserver and then in the ToS, Web24 do not allow gameservers. After going with Web24, I was on my vps when it was taken down and terminated for apparently the same reason as what VPSBlocks took us offline for. 🗨 Hi All,
I would like to take this opportunity to categorically deny any relationship between Web24 and VPSBlocks. The client simply asked where they could go and we suggested a larger host (bigger bandwidth) who may be able to filter the DDOS attacks on his VPS. Web24 being the 2nd or 3rd biggest in Australia we suggested he could try them. Obviously his DDOS attacks were too large for them to handle also.

We take our network security and uptime extremely seriously, and we cannot host clients who are DDOS'd as that can have an affect on all our clients.

If you are at risk of being DDOS'd then you should probably look to massive US based hosts like CloudFlare who published articles on the way they handle big DDOS attacks. Their methods are simply not feasible for hosts in Australia due to bandwidth available here.

We also believe that the majority of clients and prospective clients will support hosts who will mitigate the risk to their services by not continuing to host VPSs t

😠 Terrible Company
Purchased one of their windows based VPS's. Setup and purchase was fine.

A random loss of connectivity and a couple of server restarts which were found to be hardware failures after asking support about them. They never mentioned anything until i asked...

Server was running fine, though had complaints of bad connections. Server got ddoss'ed and vpsblocks turned the server off and refused to host us anymore. Asked to have the server turned on so i can retrieve files to which they did and they asked me to let them know once done, however they cut it off before i was finished anyway.

Was refunded my original server payment however they did not refund for the upgrades i made during the 15 day money back period. Would highly recommend finding another company to host with, get ddossed and expect no support and get cut off...
