😠 Disgusting service comprised my credit record for no reason
I am beyond disgusted with the service I received from Vox I had the wifi router sent to my house with no prior explanation or instructions after it was done I waited two weeks to get it set up with no luck I finally asked them to cancel and I was promised I will be refunded my fee paid upfront for one month in advance that was late 2021 in 2023 after numerous failed attempts after I was promised by the Manager Thando Thebete It will be sorted I am handed over to a legal team I have told them numerous times I am fighting breast cancer and cannot stress. Till today I keep getting treat’s from the legal team and no responses from the manager.

😠 If I could rate it 0 I would have! We have had erratic or no wifi access for 3 months now and when we have access it is very slow. Vox were supposed to meet with Vumatel at our home to try to sort out the problem. Vumatel arrived exactly at the appointment time made by Vox. Vox didn't bother pitch! We are switching service providers after their appalling "service" Do NOT pick Vox under any circumstances! You will have nothing but a headache

😠 I have never delt with such an appalling Company .... you have taking over from SADV who I have been with for over 4 years and now you want some ID from me .. I live in the UK and I have a property in Capetown that cost over R7.5 million... I have sent you my Capetown rates bill I have and FNB bank account I have sent you a copy of my passport ... that wasn’t good enough for !!! so I went to my Solicitor who is automatically is a communiser of oaths in the UK who confirmed my ID that wasn’t good enough so I went to the Post office who also confirmed my ID all at a cost to me of over R2000 Now you want me to go the police station which is over 45k from me and they will not have a stamp..
It would be easer for me to get a gun license then to get a service from you….

😠 I never thought a private company could be this bad. Customer service is all about passing the bucket to Vumatel. I opened a call last week and I am still waiting for any action. As i am writing this, I am waiting for someone to attend my call for the last 20 minutes, 20 minutes listening to stupid music that just puts you to sleep, that's the strategy, i guess. I just put the phone down, so it was another more than frustrating experience with Vox Telecoms. I can't wait for new options in my area so I can take my business somewhere else and put this useless company and Vumatel out of my life. VOX CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WORSE I HAVE EXPERIENCED!!!!!!!

😠 Vox is the worst service provider ever. Customer service is extremely poor and they do not care about their customers or their situations. They are truly just after money. If I had money I literally cancel the new contract I took with them and rather go to another service provider. Biggest mistake of my life using them as a service provider. Also do not believe the month to month payment thing. This only works after a year. If you cancel before a year you have to pay a cancellation fee. You cannot just cancel anytime.

😠 I'm disgusted with Vox. I've had problems from day 1 and it's still not working properly. I've just given up and paid the account. They will not see me again after the year has passed. Everyone talks a different language and no department knows what the other does. All you get is tickets. You get promised excellent WiFi but once installation is done, then your problem starts. The some of the technicians has the audacity to tell you Vox will give internet to the router but cannot guarantee any Wi-Fi coverage. Just to find out that the routers they supply is a entry level which I'm being told only covers to around 15 meters. Bull, it's even less. I've had 4 technical visits and numerous calls where tickets get opened. On this ticket you get numerous calls just to explain the whole story over and over. Then there's cocky technicians being sent out to your house just to listen to the same crappy excuses and explanations. I will not recommend Vox to anyone, no wander everyone around me is [read more...]

😁 I have Vox uncapped fibre and its been great. I have had the best service and support from this company. I was moving and I called, they booked me an appointment during pandemic time and when lockdown 2 was issued they came out and setup my internet and did a great job once again. I get emails or sms's if Vumatel is down for any reason and if Vox is experiencing issues. So far I am glad I made the choice to go with Vox. Its been a really great experience without any hassles.

😠 This fiber has proved to be a downgrade from VDSL and one of the worst infrastructures on par with Eskom stage 4 loadshedding. Downtime on the VOX/Frogfoot network has been on average 6 days a month, every month (no reimbursements for downtime) If you need casual internet it could work, running a business on these lines is suicide. Their motto: Where did the internet take you today?

😠 Good service until you make first payment, then you are on your own. The email address you use to set up an account no longer works - and you only receive ticket log
numbers for weeks . Nobody calls you back. My son's cell number porting took 1 day. I have been waiting 2 months and my number has still not been ported.
