We have our offsite backups done through VivioTech. I was personally introduced to their staff. They are quite friendly, technically capable, and knowledgeable. I have been more than happy with my interactions with their staff and have never had a problem determining the status of our backups. They even lent us a piece of equipment to allow us to keep functioning until our replacement arrived. I am more than satisfied with their dedication to customer service.

Dishonest company overcharging
Service used: VPS
Vivio technologies is a dishonest company they don't value customers and our website was hit viruses and malware constantly. Vivio technologies also raised rates and when we decided to leave them they charged us 3 months service fee. Stay away from them.
