😠 Avoid Viewen at any cost, you'd rather prefer to pay a little more for a good hosting service than having a hosting plan with these guys. Their support it's awful, their hosting uptime is BAD with constantly instability I literally got tired from sending tickets to them and just searched for a new hosting provider. I asked for a refund from their wallet because I have an extra balance with them but no, they don't refunded me any penny. When I send another ticket because they changed theirs servers location and my whole site was down despite the fact that I had already changed the nameservers correctly from my domain provider, they just tried to justify saying it was my fault and that they haven't doing anything wrong, some guy tried to "help me" via teamviewer asking me my ID and password, seriously what kind of support is that? Now I'm glad to be with a new hosting provider.

😠 If you wanna get cheated, then this is the best hosting service providers. there customer support is hell, if you have any word for very very very very bad service, you can name to viewen. You can see my frustration and just imaging this could be you, if you use there service. They were good couple of years back, now worlds worst company i would say the hv become now. Never ever trust them. I'm changing my service from them, also they wont refund to your bank, they add money in thr viewen wallet which is invisble on thr website so you also can't check your balance. One of the worst thing ive invested my money in. I wanted to launch my E commerce website but just because of these cheap guys, its delaying like a hell. I would rate negative infinity stars to them.
