😠 This company seems dead
Long-standing client, having hosted for over 15 years with them. This used to have excellent customer service, not unusual to get personal emails from the owner, Ed Wells. Now, nothing. My tickets are not being dealt with, customer service complaint unanswered. Site registration paid for but remains unregistered! The telephone number on the site for customer service has been disconnected. Looks like this company is in trouble, but they are still offering hosting packages. Give them a wide berth until their situation is clear.

😠 Zero Customer Service
I was trying to transfer a website to hosting provided by them, but hit on several problems. Raising support queries with them, I received no response. I sent several emails both to the support address that I have had automated notifications from and others that I have traced through the pages of their website. I have tried to call the only phone number I can find for them but it is disconnected.
I am unhappy with their support, and have cancelled the hosting through their website. They state that I have a 30 day money back guarantee, but as they have not responded to my attempts to contact them,

😠 This hosting company used to be good but service has dropped off a cliff. Support tickets not answered after six months, cannot contact via telephone and there have been period when my website has not been available on the internet. Sorry Ed, but my recommendation now is avoid at all costs
